Since his self-built career began in the UK grime scene in 2015, the London-born musician has consistently pushed the boundaries of UK rap. He uses his natural abilities to create a broad and unique aesthetic.

The Ladbroke Grove rapper has been steadily ascending since 2015. AJ Tracey has shown to be a force to be reckoned with, having worked with Dave, Giggs, Denzel Curry, and Craig David and performing on tracks with Missy Elliott, A$AP Rocky, Rick Ross, and others. His track “Ladbroke Grove” was the unmistakable sound of Summer 2019, sitting as the highest-selling independent single of the year, spending an incredible 13 weeks in the UK top ten, racking up over 100 million streams, and earning him Platinum certification.

AJ Tracey Biography

Ché Woltuhin Grant, better known by his stage name AJ Tracey, is a British rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. He is from West London’s Ladbroke Grove.  Tracey became well-known in 2016, and The Guardian named her one of the “best new artists to catch at festivals in 2016.” Secure the Bag! (2017), Tracey’s first mainstream EP debuted at number thirteen on the UK Albums Chart.

Tracey’s big breakthrough came in 2018 with the release of “Butterflies,” a collaboration with British rapper Not3s that charted in the top 20 on the UK Singles Chart. His self-titled first album, published by Warner Records in 2019 and debuted at number three on the UK Albums Chart, gained critical praise.
