When on Bondi Beach, you will have n number of things to do. There is something for everyone; for the nature lover lovers, for the serenity seeking crowd, for the fun seekers and also for the adventure freaks. And if you are a shopaholic, the Bondi Beach Market is the heaven.

The Bondi Life Saving Club ensures that you have a safe swim and surf between Australia’s yellow and red beach safety flags. This beach is the place for surfing. Have fun during the day and then relish the most delicious meal at any fine dining restaurant.

Throughout the year there are several festivals that are carried out on the beach. The annual City to Surf fun run festival is one of the most popular festivals. It is held every year in August. Another festival, the Winds kite flying festival also draw huge crowd.  Flickerfest is another amazing festival that held annually at the beach. It is an international short film festival that takes place in January.  The Sculpture by the Sea takes place in November and World Environment Day in June.

Bondi Beach witnesses a huge crowd on the Christmas and New Year’s Eve. A lot of people turn to Bondi Beach to celebrate Christmas and New Year with friends and family.

Every year on the New Year’s Eve, the visitors get to see a phenomenal fire work on the beach.

Winter is celebrated with the fabulous Bondi Winter Magic Festival. We also visited the Bondi Pavilion Community Centre which houses an exhibition gallery, a theater and an amphitheater outside. Visit the Marine Discovery Centre and take a close look at the diverse marine life of Australia.
