Australia has a big room for all those people who love camping. Wooldridge Recreation and Fossicking Reserve is one such campground. This campground is located near Uralla. This site is one beautiful little spot. It is located alongside the Rocky River. The exact location falls just off the New England Highway. This place makes the best camping ground. Every time locals, as well as tourists, visit this place in order to camp their hearts out. Various facilities of camping are available here with all the comfort.

The Beautiful Wooldridge Recreation and Fossicking Reserve: –

It is one of the most beautiful spots in the area. This site is accessible by the caravans during good weather. This place serves one of the best campgrounds in Australia. There are two camping areas here. These areas stay fairly close to each other. They are very well-shaded and spacious. The camping site of the Wooldridge Recreation and Fossicking Reserve is located at a distance of six kilometers away from Uralla Township. This place is the perfect place to be in if you want to escape a hot summer day. The birdlife here is very mesmerizing.

Activities at the Reserve: –

At the Wooldridge Recreation and Fossicking Reserve, you can perform all the camping activities. Fishing is very common in this area. You can catch a perch just downstream here. Another activity performed is fossicking. It is also termed as one fossicking area. This is because you can take up various specks of gold from the creek. Rock hopping and bird watching are other activities performed at this reserve. This area is a full-fledged camping area.

The Wooldridge Recreation and Fossicking Reserve entertain a number of facilities for the visitors. This area is a cost-free area. It doesn’t entertain bookings. There are facilities like barbeques, swimming pool, picnic tables, horse riding, longdrop and composting toilets and many more at the Wooldridge Recreation and Fossicking Reserve.
