In case you do not have time for exercising, you’ll be glad to know that some common housework chores can burn a lot of calories. You have to get these done anyway, so why not make the most of it? Walk instead of driving
Sometimes your chores require you to run around town – and that is exactly what you should do. Well, okay, maybe not run. But walk to these places instead of just driving there. You can also start walking or cycling to work instead of driving there. Use the stairs
If you don’t live or work on the ground floor, you should start using the stairs instead of the lift. Of course, you don’t have to walk to the 20th floor but at least a few floors will give you a great workout.
