From the 12th-14th of August, the Australian Society of Ophthalmologists (ASO) will hold its ASO Skills Expo in Melbourne. After a long period of lockdowns, this is an excellent opportunity to earn CPD points while catching up with coworkers. The ASO Skills Expo is Australia’s only business skills event dedicated exclusively to ophthalmologists and their practice personnel. This year’s exhibition, which is free for members, promises to be bigger than ever, with over 35 industry professionals presenting and participating in panel discussions over 2.5 days. In addition, keynote speaker Dr. James Muecke AM, an eye surgeon, Australian of the Year 2020, and Deputy Governor of South Australia will talk at the conference.
