Each day I will document my meals and attempt to remain accountable for what I eat. The Year of Change is about sustainable weight loss, not a fad diet, it’s about real life achievable goals that can be maintained for life long wellness and clean eating. I plan as the year progresses to refine my diet and nutrition and teach what I find to others along the way. Fundamentally this is about accountability and not allowing myself to be fooled with what and when I am putting into my body.

What I have found throughout my life is a lack of accountability for food, and a love for chocolate. A true low point many moons ago i ate 5 kilos of heresy’s cookies and cream over a 10 day period, it was crazy and I liked it, until I didn’t. However for me drinking juices and counting calories just is not going to work, so what I need is a robust menu and rea choices of healthy and nutritious foods. Thus the aim with my Geo Diet is not to diet at all but make healthy, clean eating my new normal.
