Tozzi is still regarded as one of Italy’s best performers, with successes spanning four decades, several of which have been used in major movie pictures. Gloria, a song he wrote in 1979, became the theme for Martin Scorcese’s film The Wolf of Wall Street, and Laura Branigan went on to have international success with it. As Umberto and his band journey through a career that has sold over 32 million albums, the tour will contain all of his songs, including Gloria, Ti Amo, Stella Stai, Gente di Mare, Tu, and many more.

Children under two are admitted for free if they do not take a seat. For the show’s duration, prams must be left at the Cloaking Counter. Seating that is accessible can be ordered online. Only the Box Office may accept bookings that include a Companion Card ticket. At the time of collection, the Companion Card must be presented. Doors open at 7:00 pm, show starts at 8:00 pm. Unless the promoter specifies otherwise, no video, audio, or professional photography is permitted. The venue does not allow alcohol or open drink containers. Umberto Antonio Tozzi Biography
Umberto Antonio Tozzi, an Italian pop and rock singer and songwriter, was born on 4 Mar 1952. He has sold over 70 million albums worldwide in several languages throughout his career, with his biggest international singles being “Stella Stai,” “Gloria,” “Tu,” and “Ti Amo.” Tozzi was born in Turin, Italy, on 4 Mar 1952. Umberto Tozzi joined ‘Off Sound,’ one of the several ensembles that performed in modest spaces around Turin, when he was 16 years old. He met Adriano Pappalardo in Milan, and the two created a 13-piece band and embarked on a large-scale Italian tour. The song “Un Corpo, un’anima,” co-written with Damiano Dattoli and sung by Wess and Dori Ghezzi, was Tozzi’s first commercial breakthrough as a songwriter in 1974. It was shown on Canzonissima, an Italian music show that aired from 1956 until 1974.
