Max Ignatius Atlas Year Of Change Day 84
I woke up feeling pleasantly sore and refreshed, but unfortunately, I also had to deal with the second round of chocolate cravings the stuff is like crack. I just fixed up a light, Chocolate Protein Shake (191 cal) for my breakfast. Not only was it pretty tasty, but it completely quelled my desire for chocolate. I guess that sometimes it’s better to work with your cravings instead of against them.
I had to do some cleaning and other errands after getting home from helping a local charity, and it was remarkable how well I was able to blaze through them. I’m generally much more alert and focused now, and I have plenty of energy. I’m not going to say that I like doing chores now (they’re still a huge pain), but they’re definitely a lot more pleasant. Besides, who wouldn’t hate doing chores if that was all it took to get you out of breath?

I am again in a limbo now, and it’s frustrating in terms of physic, while I am happy it’s also a lot harder than I thought to get this dam six pack.
Tonight’s workout was really tough–just the way I’ve grown to like it. Two minutes can seem like two hours when you’re trying to hold a plank! Dinner was also great, and it felt nice to relax with my family after a busy day of work and errands.

I have certainly this week not counted my calories as well, and let my portion control drop a little, however I am still eating well, and my poops are still huge so win-win.

I have taken this at the same time of the day, with just underwear on as I did on previous weigh ins.

- Same Digital Scales
Well, a 100 gram gain, not unexpected after last weeks monumental effort. I need to try to mentally move away from the bodyweight number but it’s a hard one, as it’s a clear indicator of being less fat.

Day 84 of the Year of Change Wrap Up
Back to the grind tomorrow boo. I have to get paid, the weekend was great, I am getting closed to the person I want to be. I am as I suspected lost a little momentum on the bodyweight by gain 100 grams however I am also working harder and exercising harder so I hope some muscle gains will come also.
