Max Ignatius Atlas Year Of Change Day 87
I had a really wonderful morning. I slept like a log, but managed to wake up early enough to be greeted by the still-rising sun. I also wasn’t nearly as sore as I thought I’d be, and that helped me enjoy my morning routine to the fullest. When you’re able to start your day out right, everything else just seems to fall into place. I’m honestly afraid that I may be turning into a morning person!
After yesterday, I was a bit more prepared to handle my increased workload. I took frequent breaks in between my work, and I even made an effort to chat with my colleagues every now and then. This really helped me keep my focus (as well as my sanity). However, I did notice that I was a bit tense towards the end of the workday, and my shoulders and back started to ache a little. I’ll have to make stretching a point of emphasis from now on so I can prevent this in the future.
After doing some stretches to relieve my stiffness, I had a great, intense workout. Making it through endurance exercises really makes you feel invincible! The feeling of accomplishment that I’ve been getting from my workouts has really motivated me to improve even more.

My ankles are on show today, looking good, a combination of varicose and spider veins with a topping of pure muscle :).
Tonight’s meal was pretty decent, nothing remarkable. On the bright side, one of my kids asked if I could fix him up little packs of raw vegetables as he gets at school, and then I realized that would be the perfect idea for a healthy snack. It was so simple and practical that I almost kicked myself for not thinking of it earlier. With how much they’ve been helping me get in shape, I might have to hire my kids as personal trainers!

My days are so functional now and so filled with order that I am achieving more than ever, I am looking for efficiencies across the board, however, my balance and productiveness are off the charts. There is little time for TV and news, making my mind free and focused on what I want to think rather than poisoned by things outside my control.

Day 87 of the Year of Change Wrap Up
Day’s are to me no longer another dollar, they are an opportunity to work hard, and exercise hard. I am seeing the virtue in the right attitude and it all comes down to that. My thoughts are my own, I choose to see things positively and it’s helping me to achieve more.
