7 Years

Length: 3:57

Release: 2015

Opening Lyrics:

Once I was seven years old, my mama told me
Go make yourself some friends or you’ll be lonely
Once I was seven years old
It was a big big world, but we thought we were bigger
Pushing each other to the limits, we were learning quicker
By 11 smoking herb and drinking burning liquor
Never rich so we were out to make that steady figure
Once I was 11 years old, my daddy told me
Go get yourself a wife or you’ll be lonely
Once I was 11 years old
I always had that dream like my daddy before me
So I started writing songs, I started writing stories
Something about the glory, just always seemed to bore me
‘Cause only those I really love will ever really know me

Love Someone

Length: 3:25

Release: 2018

Opening Lyrics:

There are days
I wake up and I pinch myself
You’re with me, not someone else
And I’m scared, yeah, I’m still scared
That it’s all a dream
‘Cause you still look perfect as days go by
Even the worst ones, you make me smile
I’d stop the world if it gave us time
‘Cause when you love someone
You open up your heart
When you love someone
You make room
If you love someone
And you’re not afraid to lose ’em
You probably never loved someone like I do
You probably never loved someone like I do

Mama Said

Length: 3:26

Release: 2015

Opening Lyrics:

When Mama said that it was okay
Mama said that it was quite alright
Our kind of people had a bed for the night
And it was okay
Mama told us we were good kids
And Daddy told us, “Never listen to the ones
Pointing nasty fingers and making fun”
‘Cause we were good kids
Remember asking both my mom and dad
Why we never traveled to exotic lands
We only ever really visit friends
Nothing to tell when the summer ends
We never really went buying clothes
Folks were passing on the stuff in plenty loads
New shoes once a year and then
Out to play ball so we could ruin them

Share That Love (feat. G-Eazy)

Length: 2:52

Release: 2020

Opening Lyrics:

I remember drivin’ to my side
Smoke’s up, windows open
The sun’s in our eyes but it’s alright
‘Cause we don’t know where we’re goin’
We don’t need no mirror pointin’ back
Forget about the past, what’s done is done and that is that
You didn’t have more than the shirt that’s on your back
But I’ll never forget the way you turned to me and said
When the good times are rollin’ on me
I got plenty in my pocket if you’re ever in need
Bad times know where I’ve been
I got plenty in my pocket if you’re ever in need
Singing, oh, oh, oh, share that love
Oh, oh, oh, share that love
Good times are rollin’ on me
I got plenty in my pocket if you’re ever in need

Lie

Length: 2:50

Release: 2019

Opening Lyrics:

So much for supposed-to-be’s
Girl, I wish you luck getting over me
And supposedly
You’re with him, but wish you were holding me
You wish you were holding me
Isn’t it, isn’t it something
Whenever you touch him
You don’t feel nothing?
Isn’t it something
How quickly your honesty
Just turns into make-believe?
It turns into make-believe
Ho-o-o-ow
Dare you li-i-i-ie
To my fa-a-ace?
You can’t sa-a-ay
You’re fine no-o-o-ow
Said you’d never call again
