Max Ignatius Atlas Year Of Change Day 98
I went for a leisurely jog this morning, as I felt full of energy and eager to take on the day. I say leisurely because I was more keen on enjoying the sights than actually exercising, but I ended up getting a good sweat in nonetheless. After I got back home and freshened up, I did another full stretching routine, followed by a short bit of mindfulness. I felt really prepared to make the most of my day after that.
Throughout the day, I observed that my memory seems to have improved tremendously. I used to have to check my schedule every half hour just to remember what I needed to do next, but now I only need to check it three or four times each day. I’m sure that keeping a set routine has helped me remember my daily tasks, but I also want to believe that improved memory is yet another cognitive benefit of weight loss. I know one thing for sure though: having better memory makes everyday life a lot easier.

Seeing steady progress, yet I’m eager to make a huge leap.
Tonight’s workout went well, and dinner was pretty satisfying. However, I started to get hungry later on in the night, and I had to refrain from eating anything else. I’ve learned that late-night eating has been a major source of added calories for me, even if I’m not eating junk food. You’d be surprised at how easily you can overdo it when you want food close to bedtime. Based on this, I decided it would be best if I just wait until next morning to eat again.

Another Kilo Smashed out I am feeling on top off the world right now.
Taking things one day at a time, and thankfully these days have been mostly positive. The outcome of each day is largely within my control, so I’ve got to keep on working if I want things to stay positive.
