Max Ignatius Atlas Year Of Change Day 72
Woke up today with a spring in my step, feeling less tired than usual especially on a work day. I opened all the curtains to say good morning to the world, and then actually woke up, it was a grim looking morning, and I really didn’t want to face the bad weather this early.
Putting my stoic hat on a practiced discomfort I decided would press ahead. Being honest the first 10 minutes where miserable, the ice cold air hitting my lungs was an acutely unpleasant feeling, however 10 minutes is I felt great and glad I did it.

I had a nice, vegetable-filled dinner when I got home. Since I was too sore to work out, I decided to do some extended stretching and meditation. It felt really good to reflect on a long day of hard, meaningful work. Hopefully, as I keep growing into the person I’m meant to be, I’ll be able to do this every day.
