About Emma Healey
Emma Healey studied bookbinding at the London College of Printing. She then worked for two libraries, two bookshops, two art galleries, and two universities before completing an MA in Creative Writing at the University of East Anglia. Elizabeth is Missing, her first novel, was published in 2014 to critical acclaim, became a Sunday Times bestseller, and won the Costa First Novel Award. The second novel in the series, Whistle in the Dark, will be published in May 2018. Her family is made up of her husband, daughter, and cat, and they live in Norwich.
