About Elizabeth Haynes

Elizabeth Haynes worked as a police intelligence analyst for many years. In 2011, Into the Darkest Corner won Amazon’s Book of the Year Award and Amazon’s Rising Star Award.

She grew up in Sussex and studied English, German, and Art History at Leicester University. Currently, she lives in North Norfolk. During the month of November, Elizabeth takes part in and serves as the municipal liaison for National Novel Writing Month – Nanowrimo – an annual challenge to write 50,000 words.
