About Elizabeth Camden

There is no doubt that Elizabeth Camden is best known for her historical novels set in the gilded age America, featuring clever heroines and richly layered storylines. In her previous career, before becoming a writer, she worked as an academic librarian at some of the largest and smallest libraries in the country, but her favorite library is the one she continues to build in her own home. The books she has written have been awarded the RITA and Christy Awards, and she lives in Florida with her husband, who graciously tolerates the intimidating amount of books she has in her home.
