HP Pavilion x2 review

This post is specially composed for giving more detailed insights about this laptop. So without any further delay, let’s check what more HP is offering with HP Pavilion X2.

Design:

The design of the HP Pavilion X2 is really compact and sleek. You can easily place it inside your rucksack or bag. So that’s why it is a good option for people who are working or studying.

The plastic is of average quality. Well, users were expecting more smooth and textured plastic outlook. It is not top end, but durable enough. We can say durability is not highlighted feature of HP Pavilion X2.

The attractive part is its hinge. As described earlier, it is a convertible laptop. You can easily use it as a tablet or laptop. The best part is that you can attach or detach screen part with the keyboard. This way it will be easier to hold 580g screen part.

The weight distribution is great. When you will hold it, you can feel its stability.

Display:

The screen of HP Pavilion X2 is 10.1 inches in size. The resolution is 1,280 x 800 with touch panel. Like its plastic covering, the resolution is not convincing part about x2. Users expected more of 254 ppi instead of just 149 ppi.

The touch sensors are good in performance. It works great with soft swipes and taps.

Keyboard:

The keyboard is strong features of HP Pavilion X2. By looking at the keyboard, you can sense it is something great. The buttons are placed with the right amount of space. The keyboard is designed to assist anyone to have fast and smooth typing experience.

Now moving too track pad. It is not best in design. But serving the purpose. It is a little wider, so users take time to embrace it.

Software:

As base configuration, it is running on Windows 8.1. You can upgrade to Windows 10 for free. It is your choice to retain which one. But I recommended to get the Windows 10 in the first place. Because Windows 10 is far better in performance than Windows 8.1.

Performance:

The performance HP Pavilion X2 is up to the par as compared to its price. It is powered by a modest Quad Core processor Intel’s 1.33 GHz Z3736F. The processor is supported by 2GB of RAM. So, this tool can help you attain almost every digital task.

Battery:

Here comes the best part. The battery life is really impressive feature about HP Pavilion X2. It can last for straight 12 hours. So you are in long meetings or lectures, this will be a life saver for you.

 Bottom Line:

Before buying an HP Pavilion X2, you should be clear about what you want. If you just need a convertible laptop, the HP Pavilion X2 is very tempting. The performance and battery life are appealing features of this laptop. It is a reliable and affordable gadget to buy.
